While we were in the States, Ashes 57 got commissioned to produce album artwork for this Wu Tang remix album. One or two sleepless nights later and she’d completely nailed it.

Swoon!

I am now the proud owner of this piece. It’s a beautiful example of Swoon’s work; a huge, dramatic, hand-finished silk screen featuring one of her classic characters. Needless to say it’s going straight in the show, as long as Swoon doesn’t mind. I have asked a mutual friend to square it with her.
